热连轧厚控精度分析及提高精度的途径 被引量:2

摘要 分析和实践证明,造成热连轧机厚控精度远低于冷连轧的主要原因是活套控制系统与厚度控制系统的相互干扰。采取改进活套支持器结构、多变量最优控制和张力与厚度解耦控制等虽然取得了一定效果,但受连轧基本理论──秒流量相等条件的限制,并未取得突破性进步,特别是以流量测厚值为标准,直接影响了自适应的效果。连轧分布参数动态数学模型为解决厚度与张力的干扰提供了新思路,而数学模型与人工智能结合的协调推理网络为其具体实现方法。 There is almost no difference in accuracy among the equipments and gauge control systems used for hot rolling mill,cold rolling mill and plat rolling mill,but the accuracy of product thickness is quite different.It is the interaction between looper control system and gauge control system that makes the accuracy of hot rolled products lower up to ten times than that of cold rolled products.Some effects have been made by applying improved looper control system,multivariable optimizing control system, no-tension-and-gauge interaction control system and mini-tension control system, but there is no break-through because of the limitation in the theory. It is testified by the actual data that the mass flow equation is unfit to be the standard of adaptive gauge model to calculate accurately the thickness under the condition of speed regulation.The practical distribution parameter mathematical model for continuous rolling finds a way to solve this problem, furthermore,the coordinate reasoning networks based on the combination of mathematical model and artificial intelligence provide a new practical method to solve the problem.
