摘要
铸件金相组织与硬度及磁性有对应关系,铸件的珠光体多则硬度高、磁性差。通过分析计算,用电感式传感器可以从其输出的信号快速判断球铁铸件的硬度,其判别误差与表面粗糙度有关。作者研制了差动式电感传感器,对实际铸件进行了测试,测试结果与理论分析计算一致。
Different metallographic constitutions in castings have their corresponding magnetism and hardness.The more the content of pearlite,the harder and the lesser magnetic the casting is.Through analysis and calculation, using a inductance sensor,the hardness of a iron casting can be determined from the dataout of the sensor,the error of which is related to the roughness of the surface.The authors have studied and developed a differential inductive sensor, by which some actual castings have been measured. The measurements coincide with the theoretical analysis and calculation.
