摘要 利用铬酸锶镧代替贵重的铂佬作ZrO_2质发热元件的引线体。研究了此类元件的某些特性。用此元件可组装成不同类型的超高温电炉,在氧化气氛下最高工作温度可达2000℃。红外辐射测温仪的成功应用,为实现超高温电炉的计算机控制创造了条件。 The Sr doped LaCrO_3 material has been developed as conducting leads for ZrO_2-based heating element to substitute the expensive Pt-Rh wire. Some properties of these elements have been investigated.Many kinds of ultra-high temperature electric furnaces can be constructed by using these elements.The working temperature of these furnaces can be up to 2000℃ in oxidizing atmosphere.The successful use of the infrared radiation apparatus for temperature measurement gives the possibility to realize computer control of these furnaces.
