摘要
本文对SA299钢冶炼成分的选定,生产工艺、性能检验,钢的晶粒粗化温度,抗层状撕裂敏感性试验,不同热处理下的中温性能及该钢组织检验作较全面的叙述与分析。并指出,为确保SA299钢有良好的强韧性,必须在提高碳(>0.22%)锰(>1.40%)基础上加入少量铬、镍.并加入微量钼、钒、钛。
This article makes an all-round description and analysis of selection of melt composition ,production process, properties inspection,grain-coarsening temperature of the steel, sensitivity test for lamellar tearing resistance, intermediate temperature properties with different heat treatment as well as structure inspection of said steel,and points out that in order to ensure SA299 steel having excellent strength and toughness.it is necessary to add small quantity of chromium,nickel and trace elements of molybdenum,vanadium and titanium into the steel on the basis of increasing carbon(>0. 22% )and manganese(>l. 40%)
