井漏条件下岩屑录井取样方法的改进

摘要 针对在钻遇漏失层段加入堵漏材料后无法连续开启振动筛,岩屑难以连续捞取而失去取样连续性和准确性的难题,经多井探索,改进取样方法,制作了新的取样盒,试用后证实,既满足了漏失层段的岩屑录井取样要求,同时对在漏失层段钻井时及时排除钻井液中的固相颗粒起到了积极的作用。 According to the problem that the shale shakers could not be opened continuously and the cuttings lost the sampling continuity and accuracy due to the difficulty to bail them continuously after adding loss circulation materials in the drilling lost circulation intervals, the authors developed a new sampling box to improve the sampling method according to the practice in many wells, which was been testified to meet the sampling requirements of cutting logging in the lost circulation intervals and meanwhile to play an active role in removing the solid grains immediately while drilling lost circulation intervals.
