摘要
通过对用于大型精密仪器的塑料模具用钢P20的水淬预硬化处理工艺的全面研究,得到了最佳的预硬化处理制度,确定了最大淬透厚。试验结果表明,本文所确定工艺能满足洛氏硬度HRC32～36的预硬化要求。
Through full study of water quench pre -?hardening treatment process of P20 steel used for plastics mould for making large precision instrument .optimum pre-hardening treatment system.has been established and maximum quenched thickness determined. Test result shows that the process established in this article can meet the pre - hardening requirement of Rockwell hardness HRC 32 to 36.
