摘要
选择了3种常用的除草剂Basta、草甘膦和百草枯,分别对高羊茅、假俭草进行喷雾处理.结果表明:高羊茅对草甘膦、Basta、百草枯3种除草剂的抗性依次减弱,高羊茅较假俭草对Basta的抗性强.转Bar基因高羊茅与非转化组培苗对照涂抹Basta后,转化植株比对照表现出黄化时间推迟,黄化程度减轻.转pChi-Glu基因高羊茅与非转化组培苗对照挑战接种禾谷镰刀菌后,转化植株比对照表现出抗病性增强.
Three kinds of herbicide, Basta, glyphosate and paraquat, were sprayed on leaves of tall fescue and common centipedegrass to study their resistance . The results showed that, the resistance of tall fescue was superior to common centipedegrass, and the resistance to glyphosate, basta and paraquat lowered in turn in tall fescue. After being daubed Basta, tall fescue transformed with Bar gene could delay yellowing and lighten the degree of yellowing than that of control. After challenge inoculation , the resistance to disease of tall fescue transformed with Chi-Glu gene was superior to that of control.
