高校业余运动训练负荷强度与恢复研究

摘要 通过对2所高校学生业余运动员的训练负荷强度、运动疲劳恢复和心率指标情况进行分析研究,结果表明:教师根据学生的心率指标和运动恢复情况,科学合理地安排训练负荷强度和疲劳恢复,可以减少学生受伤,有助于学生提高专项运动成绩,对倡导“科学指导,健康第一”的终身体育思想具有积极意义. This article to 2 universities students extra-curricular athlete's training load intensity, the movement wearily restores with the heart rate target situation conducts the analysis research, finally indicated: The teacher restores the situation according to student's heart rate target and the movement, the science reasonably arranges the training load intensity and the weary restoration, may reduce the student to be injured, is helpful in the student enhances the special movement result, to initiates "the science instruction, the health first" the lifelong physical culture thought has the positive sense.
