目的通过对一例外籍船员感染尖锐湿疣情况的调查处理分析,探讨重点人群的发病因素,为检疫查验和传染病监测制定有效的控制措施。方法对尖锐湿疣感染者进行流行病学调查,采取疫情监控、卫生处理、宣传教育等处理措施。结果将感染尖锐湿疣的外籍船员及时隔离治疗并监护出境。结论普及性健康知识,提高自我防范意识;加强对重点人群的检疫查验和传染病监测,减少传染病传播机会;加强与口岸各协作单位的配合,做好后续监管工作;定期组织人员进行专业知识培训,提高业务水平。

Objective Through the analysis of survey and treatment for a case of condyloma acuminata, we summarized the pathogenic factors in the special group and provide the scientific basis for control and treatment of quarantine inspection and infectious surveillance. Methods The epidemiologic survey for condyloma acuminata, , control epidemic situation, sanitary treatment, public education were performed. Results A case of condyloma acuminata had deported under the supervision. Conclusion It is necessary for public education about sanitary knowledge. Inspection and surveillance in the special group can lessen the risk of spreading STD. We should strengthen the cooperation with other port authority concerned and the management of luther period for infectious diseases. Learning and enhancing the operation knowledge is very important.
