微生态制剂的进展与临床应用评价

The Advancement of Microecologicals and Its Clinical Application Evaluation

目的:源于上世纪初的微生物理论而于近年发展的微生态制剂在临床上广泛应用,借以调整微生态失调,保持生态平衡,促进内环境的稳定,控制某些感染性、菌群生态失调、菌群定位转移所相关的多种胃肠道疾病。本文剖析此类药物的分类、作用、评价和应用原则,为临床提供较为丰厚的信息。方法:综述国内外医药学文献。结果及结论:鉴于微生态制剂上市历程尚短,对其药动学、体内过程、临床疗效等参数,迄今为止的报道甚少,尚有待于循证医学的多中心、大样本的研究结果所证实。

OBJECTIVE：The microecologicals, developed in recent years but originated from the microorganism theory at the beginning of last century, have been widely used in the clinic to regulate ecological disturbance, maintain ecological balance, promote stability of internal milieu, control different gastrointestinal disorders associated with some infective ecological flora imbalance, and shift of flora orientation. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the classification, the effects, and principles in the evaluation and application of microecologicals so as to provide more information for the reference of clinic. METHODS： Literature both home and abroad concerning pharmacy was reviewed. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： In view of the short marketing of microecologicals, and little research has been done on its pharmacokinetics, physiological disposition and clinical efficacy, it remains yet to be verified by multi - center and large sample research findings in evidence based medicine.
