在役埋地管线防腐层大修技术研究

摘要 达到设计寿命的在役埋地管线进行大修后,才能确保正常运营。本文主要结合国内外管线防腐层大修技术,对高压水喷射去除旧涂层、喷砂除锈、无气喷涂三项技术进行了分析。并对配套专用机具的研究及在役管线防腐层大修成套设备机械化进行了分析论述。 Only after overhaul, the normal operation of in - service buried pipeline could be ensured after it comes of its design life. In combination of domestic and abroad pipeline anticorrosion coating overhaul technology, three technologies are analyzed, that is, high pressure coating, sandblasting and airless spray coating. The study of associated special water jet removal of used tolls and devices as well as the complete set of machinery of in - service pipeline anticorrosion coating are described.
