摘要
学校社会工作是社会工作的一个专门的服务领域。它既运用社会工作的理论、价值观、理念、技巧和工作方法等,又结合学校作为一个服务机构的特殊性,通过营造良好的校园文化,为服务对象提供更适切的服务,以实现学生全面成长。2002年5月,在浦东新区社会发展局教育处的推动下,浦东38所学校开始试行学校社会工作,试点推行了“一校一社工”制度。在浦东新区,学校社会工作是作为“学校德育工作的一项有益补充”而添加在现有的学校体系中的。本文试图通过对浦东新区学校社会工作发展四年多的回顾,即2002年到2003年的源起阶段和2004年至今的专业发展阶段,笔者希望能疏理出学校社会工作本土化发展历程及经验建议。
School social work is a special service area in social work. Combining school as the service institution, school social work applies the theory, values, ideas, skills and methods to serve the clients in order to help them to develop generally. Thirty eight schools began to push the school social work——"one social worker in one school" system under the requests of Education Department of Pudong Social Development Bureau. School social work, as the helpful supplement to the moral education work in school, is added to the existing school system. The article tries to review the four year's development of school social work in Pudong New area, from the first phase (2002 to 2003) to the professional development phase (2004 to now). The writer tries to summarize the development of school social work and the experience in Pudong New area.
