摘要
动态联盟是一种动态组织结构和企业群体集成方式,其成员企业大多来自不同的文化背景,文化差异的存在是必然的,并且深刻影响着动态联盟的运作与成败。本文阐述了文化差异分析理论及其重要启示,并在此基础上提出了有效进行动态联盟跨文化管理的基本策略。
Dynamic Alliance is a kind of dynamic organizational structure and enterprise integration method with the member enterprises from different cultural backgrounds, so it is inevitable that the cultural difference exists and affects deeply the success and failure of dynamic alliance. This paper expounds the cultural difference analysis theory and its important revelation. On this basis, the fundamental strategy is proposed for effective implementation of dynamic alliance cross-cultural management.
