摘要
“和谐”作为时代主题,已经渗透到各个领域的研究。本文的论述集中于探讨如何将和谐理念运用于组织文化的建设中。文章在比较中西方“和谐”概念的基础上,以道家思想为主源,将“和谐”定义为,一种遵循其赖以生存的环境规律,适应外部与自身发展的要求,在其内部与外部均达到平衡的状态。进而以和谐维度为依据,将一个组织的和谐,定义在物质、制度、行为、精神四大要素层面之上。基于组织文化与和谐维度的对应关系,文章通过对“无为而治”的管理模型及“无为而治”的光缆模型等理论模型的建立,论证了以“无为而治”的组织文化构建和谐组织的合理性和可行性。作为管理学和组织行为学相关领域的趋势性探讨,本文将和谐思想注入组织文化建设的理论研究,具备一定的研究意义和研究价值。
As the theme of the today's world, "harmony" has permeated into every research field. This paper focuses on how to apply the conception of harmony into the building of organizational culture. On the basis of the comparison between the Chinese and western conception of "harmony", the paper, regarding Taoism as its mainstream, defines "harmony" as a kind of balanced state both internal and external, while in line with its environmental rule and adapted to requirements of its development. Then, according to the dimensionality of harmony, we define the organizational harmony in the aspect of spirit, system, conduct and material. The paper, based on the relationship between the organizational culture and the dimensionality of harmony, builds the managerial model of "ruling without severe laws" and the fiber cable model. Meanwhile, it also illustrates the rationality and reasonability of building the harmonious organization on the organizational culture of "ruling without severe laws". As the discussion of the related fields of management and organizational behavior, the thesis injects the conception of harmony into the theoretical research of the organizational culture, which proves to be meaningful and valuable.
