略论大学生国防教育的有效途径

On the Effective Means of National Defense Education of College and University Students

高校国防教育应以爱国主义为核心价值,全面创新教育理念与教育内容;坚持“一门为主、多门渗透”的思想,充分发挥课堂教学和课外教育两个主渠道作用;加强军事学科课程体系与教材体系建设、国防教育阵地建设、师资队伍建设、教育管理与评价机制建设,整合和优化国防教育资源,不断增强高校国防教育的时代性、针对性和实效性。

In the new time, the national defense education in colleges and university should centre around the value of patriotism and complete innovative education concepts and contents should be taken. The guideline of this education should be ＂centering round one course, infiltrating with multi-courses＂, and the roles of classroom teaching as well as that from the outside classroom should be performed to the full. Emphasis should be put on the ＂four construction＂（ the construction of military subject system and its text system, the construction of national defense fields, the construction of teaching forces, the mechanism of education management and evaluation）. Efforts should be made to integrate and optimize the national defense education resources so as to make the national defense education updated, specific and practical.
