Information Society Calls for Ethical Citizens

信息技术的蓬勃发展，促进了经济的增长和社会的进步，但同时也引发了一场前所未有的道德危机。本文首先列举网络社会存在的道德问题，然后通过对信息伦理学的起源与发展进行调研，提出信息道德教育的必要性，旨在唤醒全社会对信息道德培养的关注，尤其是对年轻网民的道德教育，以提升信息社会的整体道德水平。

The development of information technology has promoted economic growth and social progress. However, a serious morality crisis has been caused at the same time. This article starts at the moral problems in network society, then puts forward the necessity of education in information ethics after examining the origin and progress of information ethics. This article aims to arouse concern about information ethics from the whole society, especially ethical education for young cyber citizens, in order to improve the ethic level of our society.
