浅谈我国法律对数字图书馆的保护

Elementary Introduction to Law Protection on Digital Library

本文结合我国知识产权法、反不正当竞争法等法律、法规，论述了数字图书馆可以受到的法律保护的诸环节以及受到保护的各个方面，说明了数字图书馆如何获得保护，并分析了现有法律体系对数字图书馆保护的不足，最后提出我国应对数据库进行特殊权利保护。

According to the law and statute that are against unfair competition, this paper discusses every aspect and section of digital library which can be protected by law, demonstrates how to gain the protection, and analyses the shortages that the existent law cannot protect it felicitonsly. Finally, the paper puts forwards the solution.
