科技型创业者素质与能力评价方法研究

Research on Technology Entrepreneur's Quality and Ability Evaluation Method

评价科技型创业者素质与能力是一个动态过程。目前,并没有权威的创业者素质与能力评价方法,而且,也没有一个系统的科技型创业者素质与能力评价指标体系。本文通过文献资料的阅读,并结合对成功的科技型创业者案例研究,提出适合中国科技型创业者素质与能力评价的指标体系。在总结和分析创业者评价方法的基础上,找出一种更适合于评价科技型创业者素质与能力的层次分析法和模糊综合评价结合的方法,利用DEA数据包络分析对评价的有效性进行了分析,并进一步修正、优化了评价模型。

Technology entrepreneur＇s quality and ability evaluation is a dynamic pmcess. Now there is no authority entrepreneur＇s quality and ability evaluation method. Moreover, there are no systemic technology entrepreneur＇s quality and ability evaluation criteria. According to much of study on evaluation method, we put forward a method comprising AHP and FCE, which this method is fit for evaluating technology entrepreneur＇s quality and ability, on the basis of sunmmrizing and analyzing the entrepreneurs＇ evalustion method. And this paper also proposes an adapting to Chinese entrepreneur＇s quality and ability criteria system through our investigation questionnaire and interview method for successful entrepreneurs. Finally, we make use of DEA to analyze the validity of evaluation method, and revise the evaluation method.
