基于数字水印的数字作品版权保护

The Protection of Digital Works' Copyright Base on Digital Watermarking

本文在数字水印技术分析的基础上,提出了数字作品管理模型以及版权保护的实现架构。数字水印认证中心CA(Certificate Authority)是数字作品版权保护的核心组成部分,从认证中心(CA)中提取数字作品的相关信息,验证数字作品的版权归属,从而实现对数字作品的版权保护。

Base on the analysis of digital watermarking, the author puts forward the management medal of the digital works and the infrastructure of the protection of the copyright. CA is the core part of the digital works＇ copyright. From CA we can get the relative information of the digital works. We validate the adscription of digital works＇ copyright from CA, and we imply the protection of the digital works＇ copyright.
