摘要
阐述了在用镍系催化剂生产顺丁橡胶过程中催化剂预混工艺应用的原理及必要性;探讨了影响顺丁橡胶生产的因素;实验证明了采用预混工艺生产的顺丁橡胶产品的各项指标与采用传统工艺生产的顺丁橡胶相比,物性上有较大幅度的提高,同时橡胶中凝胶含量大幅度降低。
Describes the principle and necessity of catalyst pre-mixing process in the cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber production with nickel catalyst systems. Factors that affect cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber production are discussed. Experiment demonstrated that all the physical property specifications of cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber by pre-mixing process were much more better than that of cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber by traditional process, and the gel content in rubber was greatly reduced.
