摘要
结合常减压装置运行的实例,论述了温度、压力、回流量、吹汽量等工艺参数对减压拔出率的影响;分析了采取减压深拔措施后,装置出现的问题以及能耗变化情况;结果表明对常减压装置减压深拔技术改造有一定的指导意义。
Discusses the effects of parameters such as temperature, pressure, reflux, steam blowing amount etc. on vacuum distillation recovery rate with practical examples of the operation of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit. The problems and energy consumption change after applying vacuum deep cut are analyzed. It is a guide for the vacuum deep cut revamping on atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit.
