摘要
ABS生产过程中小粒径PB胶乳的附聚可采用多种附聚方法,通过对几种附聚方法在生产原理、生产成本、设备投资、产品质量、能源消耗、过程控制的讨论和比较,结果表明醋酸附聚法在EBR(聚丁二烯)胶乳的生产中具有优越性。
Small particle diameter PB latex agglomerate can be realized by many agglomerating methods in ABS production. Comparison and analysis on several agglomerating methods with their principle, cost, equipment investment, product quality, energy consumption and process control indicated that acetic acid agglomerating methods is the best way to produce EBR (polybutadiene) latex.
