采用多目标决策下的适度人口容量研究方法,从建设用地、可供水量、GDP总量和就业人口四个方面预测了哈尔滨市2010年的经济和自然资源适度人口容量,与本课题人口预测部分的结果相比,自然资源适度人口容量较宽裕,但经济适度人口容量极易突破。为保证未来居民的生活质量,必须采取大力发展循环经济,建设节约型社会等措施。

The research on optimum population appraisal of Harbin adopts multiple - orientation policy, predicting the city＇s appropriate economic and natural resources carrying capacity in 2010 from the aspects of land use, water supply, GDP and the employed population. The prediction shows that the resources capacity is relatively ample while the economic one limited. So the paper put forward accordingly countermeasures in order to ensure the residents＇ living quality in the future.
