To Take Constitution as the Focal Point in “Foundation of Law” Teaching

法律基础教学以宪法为重点,不仅可以解决目前该课程教学任务定位重点不够明确具体、任务过重、教学内容详略安排混乱等问题,还能促使大学生牢固掌握宪法,树立宪法意识;增强社会主义民主意识、深入理解社会主义政治文明;贯彻落实依法治国方略;确立生活层面上的宪法意识;树立尊重和保障人权、以人为本的观念;自觉维护国家长治久安。

Constitution should be taken as the key part ＂Foundation of Law＂. It can not only solve such problems in the teaching at present as its vaguer orientation, too tedious teaching tasks, and the irrational arrangement of the contents. It can also make college students enhance their consciousness of socialist democracy, understand socialist political civilization more thoroughly, promote the process of ruling our country by law, establish a constitutional life style, uphold the outlook of respecting and safeguarding human rights, and defend our nation＇s everlasting peace and safety.
