东盟—中国关系:一种经济视角

ASEAN-China Relations:the Economic Perspective

中国崛起不是孤立的,大部分东亚国家同样取得了骄人的经济业绩。中国经济的持续高速增长和力倡建立FTA行为已经成了新世纪东亚地区经济发展的引擎。虑及FDI的其他决定性因素,流向该地区的FDI之间大多不存在竞争关系,中国并没有对东亚其他经济体的FDI流入造成巨大影响。即使对那些具有潜在竞争性(即出口导向型)FDI而言,中国也能够刺激它们流向其他东盟国家,并同中国在该地区的生产网络形成互补。从地缘因素看,中国崛起以及日本经济复兴使人们重新燃起变21世纪为“太平洋世纪”的希望。中国在谋求经济持续增长的同时,需要同邻国保持更为密切的经济共生关系,整个东亚地区也会从中国经济崛起中受益。

Chinese economy growth at a highly impressive rate and bold FTA initiative have put impetus to East Asian economic growth. Besides creating a new source of economic growth for the region, China is also seen as a new souse for revitalising the regional integration. The findings suggest that once other determinants of FDI are taken into account, China has produced no significant effect on FDI inflows to other East Asian economies. Even for potentially competitive （export-oriented） FDI, China＇s FDI has actually been encouraging the inflow of FDI to other ASEAN countries as a complement to China＇s role within the regional production networks. The rise of China together with Japan＇s economic recovery, rekindles new hopes of making the 21st century Pacific Century. China will have to sustain its economic growth momentum and develop even closer economic symbiosis with its neighbouring economies so that the East Asian region as a whole can benefit from China＇s economic rise.
