激光束在红外探测器焦平面聚焦特性研究

Study of Focus Characters of Laser Beam on IR Detector Focal Plane

摘要 基于非致冷式焦平面红外热像仪,数值模拟了红外激光光束经过长距离传输后,在焦平面处的聚焦特性.比较了平顶模和高斯模,在焦点处的能流分布,以及照射光线同热像仪光轴不一致时,聚焦光斑在焦平面处的强度分布. Based on the uncooling infrared detector, a numerical simulation was employed to study the focus characters of laser beam on IR detector focal plane. The distribution of laser intensity on the focal plane of flat mode was compared with Gauss mode, and the focus character was obtained when the incident laser beam deviated from the principal axis of IR detector.
