摘要
目的编制教育观量表,为评价教师的教育观提供量化工具。方法根据教育观的概念架构,结合对幼儿教师半结构式访谈的结果,初步确定能够反映个体教育观的题目,对534名幼儿教师被试进行测试,并进行信度效度分析。结果探索性因素分析,结果得到3个主要因子:教师观、活动观和儿童观(特征值大于1,累计贡献率为40.96%),负荷量>0.4的共有16个项目。结论教育观量表具有较好的信度及效度,可用于教师教育观的测查,具有较广的实际应用价值。
Objective To make a questionnaire about educational perspective and provide a quantitative tool to evaluate teachers' educational perspective. Methods According to the conception of educational perspective and results of interviews of teachers, we made 35 items as the draft. 534 kindergarten teachers were collected as the subjects to test the reliability and validity. Results Through factor analysis, we got three main factors named perspective on teachers, perspective on participation and perspective on children. Conclusion It was proved that the questionnaire had good reliability and validity; it can be used to test teachers' educational perspective. The questionnaire has many practical uses in daily life.
