目的探究当代大学生面对严峻就业的心理问题及解决对策。方法对目前就业形势进行全面分析,对大学生的择业观念、职业理想、就业心理及价值取向等进行了调查、分析和研究。结果大学生在就业中既存在心理矛盾,又存在严重的心理问题,主要有抑郁心理、自我同一性混乱、自卑心理、挫折耐受力低、社会适应恐惧等。结论解决大学生就业心理问题刻不容缓。加强教育,转变观念;调整心态,振奋精神;鼎力支持,开创未来。

Objective To analyze the psychological problems of graduates facing rigorous employment pressure and explore its countermeasures. Methods To analyze the overall situation of employment and make research on graduates＇ idea of career, ideal of profession, psychology and value consideration of employment. Results The graduates have psychological contradictions when facing employment and also encounter severe psychological problems such as dumps, inferiority, weak ability to endure frustration and dread to acclimate themselves to society. Conclusion It＇s no time to delay to solve the psychological problems of graduates facing employment pressure. It should improve education and transform conception. The graduates should adjust psychology and inspire energy to start their bright future.
