神华动力煤空干基水分测定方法的比较研究

摘要 按照GB/T 212-2001《煤的工业分析方法》,采用通氮干燥法和空气干燥法对神华动力煤进行了空干基水分测定的比对试验研究,结果表明,通氮干燥法测得的空干基水分高于空气干燥法测得的空干基水分,从而会对煤炭包括计价指标在内的质量检测指标的计算值产生影响,建议在煤炭的进出口贸易中使用通氮干燥法测定样品的空干基水分。 Air-dried moisture in Shenhua steam coal was measured by drying in nitrogen and in air respectively in accordance with GB/T 212--2001 《Proximate Analysis of Coal》 in this study. The results showed that the air-dried moisture determined by drying in nitrogen was higher than that determined by drying in air to the same analysis sample of Shenhua steam coal. Thus the measurement affected the calculated results of inspection index of qulity including counting index. The export price of Shenhua steam coal would be affected consequently. The air-dried moisture of coal should be determined by drying in nitrogen in import and export trade of coal was suggested in this paper.
