摘要
智力资本开发是21世纪知识型企业持续健康成长的重要保障。本文从企业智力资本存量开发和增量开发的角度对我国企业智力资本开发风险进行了识别和分析,并构建了智力资本开发风险指标体系。
Intellectual Capital （IC） development is an important safeguard for knowledge enterprise to sustaining growth healthily. This paper analyzes the risks of enterptise Intellectual Capital development from the piont of view of IC stocks development and IC increments development, and constructs the index system of the risk of IC development.
