Analysis of the Financial Expenditure Effect on Regional Economy Growth——the Empirical Analysis with Panel Data model

我国各地区经济发展不平衡,可否通过财政支出来实现区域经济的协调发展?本文采用面板数据固定效应模型,对我国29个省市财政支出的影响进行了实证研究,并在此基础上划分东、中、西部进行了比较分析。结果表明:总体上财政支出可以促进区域经济的增长。这说明,政府可以通过财政支出来干预经济,实现区域经济的协调发展。

Regional economic development in china is imbalanced. We could solve the problem by the means of financial expenditure. The author experientially analyses the effect of financial expenditure in 29 regions of our county by use of the Panel Data model with fixed effects, and compares the results of the Eastern, the Middle and the Western Regions. General conclusion is that financial expenditure accelerates the growth of regional economy. It indicates that the government can use financial expenditure to realize the coordinated development of regional economy.
