摘要
本文对中小改制企业改制完成后在人力资源开发方面遇到的困难和问题,在分析企业文化与人力资源管理之间的联系的基础上提出,以企业文化建设为突破口,带动中小改制企业的人力资源管理变革,扭转中小改制企业的人力资源管理困境。
In this article, the difficulty and problem about human resource exploitation appears after innovating the system of middle-or-small enterprises. Basing on analyzing the relation between corporate culture and human resource management, the author brings forward that we should bring along the change of human resource management in middle-or-small strypped-down enterprises and turn the jam of human resource management.
