摘要
某水厂斜管沉淀池清水区经常出现大量絮体突然上浮聚集于池面的现象。部分上浮的细碎絮体随出水进入滤池使滤池的反冲次数增加,过滤周期缩短。现象的机理可解释为“加压溶气气浮”。分析甄别了产生这一现象的成因,主要是取水泵挟气和原水中不同程度含有表面活性剂等污染物,而且与原水浊度、混凝剂投加量相关。针对主要原因提出了解决问题的方案。
Great quantities of flocs always come up suddenly on the surface of the clean water area in the inclined tube sedimentation tank in a water works, part of which enter the clarifier with the effluent, raising the frequency of back flushing and shortening the filtration cycles. This phenomenon may be interpreted as 'pressurized dissolved air floating'. Analysis has identified the causes, such as the air mixed in the flow of the intake pump and the raw water containing pollutants like the surface activator, closely related to the cloudiness of raw water and the amount of coagulant dosing, with proposed solutions to relevant problems.
