结合市政工程建设管理工作实践,从设计、招投标、施工、竣工结算阶段的若干环节谈建设单位如何高效地做好市政工程的投资控制。
Discussed in this paper is how the employer shall control effectively the investment in municipal works in links from the design, tendering, construction and completion settlement in connection with the practice in construction management of municipal works.
