急性心肌梗塞患者外周淋马细胞β受体密度实验研究

Measurement of lymphocyte β-adrenocepter Density in Acute Myocardial Infarcfion

用１２５Ｉ－ＩＨＹＰ为放射配基，测定了２１例急性心肌梗塞（ＡＭＩ）、２４例陈旧性心肌梗塞（ＯＭＩ）及２０例正常人外周血淋巴细胞β受体密度（Ｂｍａｘ）及亲和力常数（ＫＤ）。发现ＡＭＩ７２ｈ内Ｂｍａｘ明显降低，，ＡＭＩ后两周与ＤＭＩ及正常人比较Ｂｍａｘ无明显差别，ＫＤ值均无显著性差异。提示ＡＭＩ早期β受体下调。

Using(125I)I-idohydrxyl bonzyl pindolol(I-IHYP)as ligand,plasma β-receptor density(Bmax)and affinity constant(KD)of intact lymphocytes were measured in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).It was found that Bmax was significantly lower within the first 72 hours after the onset of AMI.No difference was found in KD.There was no difference between Bmar in patients after 4 weeks of the onset of AMI and that in OMI.It indicate that β-receptor was down-regulated in early acute myocardial infarction.
