二氧化碳激光联合中药治疗翼状胬肉临床疗效观察

The Curative Effect of CO_2 Laser Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicines for Pterygium

目的:探讨二氧化碳激光联合中药治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法:将60例(91眼)翼状胬肉患者随机分为研究组30例(47眼)和对照组30例(44眼),两组均采用二氧化碳激光治疗,研究组加服自拟中药30d,跟踪随访6个月,观察两组的临床疗效及中药对抑制胬肉生长的效果。结果:研究组总有效率91.5%,对照组总有效率75%,研究组临床疗效明显优于对照组(χ2=4.49,P<0.05);研究组I级和II级翼状胬肉总有效率97.2%,III级翼状胬肉有效率72.7%,I级和II级翼状胬肉的疗效明显高于Ⅲ级翼状胬肉(χ2=4.64,P<0.05)。结论:二氧化碳激光联合中药治疗翼状胬肉能明显提高临床疗效。

Objective：To investigate the curative effect of C02 laser with traditional Chinese medicines for pterygium.Methods： Sixty patients （91 eyes） with pterygium were randomly divided into study group（30 cases, 47 eyes） and control group （30 cases, 44 eyes）. Both groups were treated by CO2 laser, and study group was also treated by Chinese medicine for 30 days.Results： The effecfive rates were 91.5% and 75% in study group and in control group respectively. The clinical effect in study group, was higher than that in control group significandy （X^2 = 4.49, P 〈 0.05）. The overall effective rates in study group with grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were 97.2%, 97.2% and 72.7% ,respectively,and in study group with grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ were higher than that with grade Ⅲ significantly （X^2= 4.64, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： CO2 laser combined with traditional Chinese medicines can improve the clinical effect for treating the pterygium. KEY WORDS Pterygium, CO2 laser, Chinese medicine
