摘要 山西是缺水大省,水资源总量138.1亿m3,居全国倒数第2位。能源重化工基地建设、人口增长和经济发展,大量取水用水,使泉水出流量减少、地下水位下降、水质严重污染。本文从如何保持水资源的可持续利用出发,提出了大规模造林种草、搞好重点水工程的除险加固、加强污水治理、狠抓水资源管理及强化全民节水意识等措施。 Shanxi is one of provinces that are short of water. The total volume of water resources is 13. 81 billion m^3 and listed in the last second in the nation-wide. Owing to the construction of heavy industry, energy source and chemical foundation, population growth and development of economy and society, a lot of groundwater had exploited, and the spring water flow decreased, thus caused groundwater level dropped, and water quality polluted seriously. For sustainable utilization of water resources, the article puts forward afforestation and grass planting in a large scale, doing danger-clearing and reinforcing well for key water engineering, strengthening sewage control, strictly managing water resources, intensifying water--saving consciousness of whole people and measures to protect water resources.
