摘要
研究了流动注射氢化物发生-原子吸收光谱法(HG-AAS法)测定钨制品粉末样及水样中痕量锡的方法。考察了酒石酸对主体钨及共存元素的掩蔽效果,样品先经简单的钨酸沉淀预分离大部分钨,用酒石酸络合掩蔽残余钨及共生杂质,采用标准加入法测定。方法检出限为4.6×10-9g/ml,精密度(n=5)为3.34% ̄7.93%。该方法已应用于水冶过程中对Sn的监控。
A method for determination of trace Sn in tungsten Production and liquid samples by Flow injection hydride generation Atomic absorption spectrometry (HG-AAS). The influence of tartaricaeid as the masking agent and adjustment to major tungsten and the concurrent elements is described. Being easily depositted to H2WO, most tungsten was dissociated from the samples ,the rest and the concurrent elements are masked by tattarie acid , and Sn is determined by standard addition method. The detection limits of the method for Sn is 4.6×10^-9g/ml the RSD of determination is 3.34%-7. 93%.
