针对抚顺西露天矿引发的环境污染问题,应用调查、监测、评价、分析的方法,对该矿坑采场内和周边空气环境质量现状进行研究,重点阐述了西露天矿采场内的主要污染源排放状况以及评价区内的环境质量状况;采用等标污染负荷法、综合污染指数法、污染负荷系数法、综合分析和对比分析等方法对评价区内的常规污染物和有机污染物监测结果分别进行评价,最后剖析了污染物超标的主要原因,针对污染情况提出了相应的措施及建议。

To the question on the environmental pollution in Fushun west strip mine, investigate and research on the actuality of the air environmental quality inner and outer the stope, emphasize on the main pollution source in the west strip mine and the actuality of the air environmental quality in the evaluative area. The environmental monitoring results of the routine pollutants and the organic pollutants in the evaluative area were analyzed in many methods, such as the equal standard pollution charge method, the integrated pollution index method, the pollution charge coefficient method, the integrated analyzing method and the contrast analyzing method. And the conclusion can be educed that the reason of the pollutant concentration over the standard is the exhaust gases emission from the vehicles, the toxic gases causing by the self - ignite of a mass of shaly ores stacked in the stope and the gases during the mining. These toxic gases assembling in the mine could not diffuse during the snowfall days, cold days and low air pressure days, and were likely to pollute the surrounding area easily. Finally the measures and advice aiming at the pollution can be put forward.
