哈尔滨、大庆两市区1034例7～20岁健康儿童及青少年血脂7项的测定

MEASURE SEVEN ITEMS OF BLOOD LIPOIDS IN 1034 HEALTHY CHILD REN AND ADOLESCENCY IN THE CITY OF HARBIN AND DAQING AT THE AGE OF 7 TO 20 YEARS

本文采用SynchronC×5全自动化生化分析仪对哈尔滨、大庆两市区1034例7～20岁健康儿童及青少年血脂七项进行了测定。结果表明血清总胆固醇均值为4.01mmol/L(155mg/dl),其中17岁组略高为4.87mmol/L(188mg/dl),大于5.18mmol/L(200mg/dl)者约占11％,且随年龄增长而增多。高密度脂蛋白(HDL)及低密度脂蛋白(LDL)均随年龄增长而升高。LDL>3.11mmol/L(120mg/dl)者为8.6％,均在10岁以上。本次肥胖儿检出率为9.4％,中度以上肥胖者血脂高者占3.4％。

Synchrom Cx5 automatic biochemical analyzer was used to measure 7 items of blood lipoids in 1 304 healthy children and adoleacency in cities of Harbin and Daqing at age of 7 to 20 years. Results indicated that mean of blood total choleserol level (TO was 4, 01 mmol/L (155mg/dl);In group of 17 years old the TC level was 4. 87 mmol/L (188mg/dl) that slight high;about 11% cases whose TC level was above 5. 18mmol/L(200mg/dl). It was found the TC level went up with increase of age,the same with the levels of high density lipoprotein(HDL)and low density lipoprotein(LDL). Cases with LDL level above 3. 31 mmol/L (120mg/dl) whose age were more than 10 years,were of 8. 6% . Results also showed that the obesity ware of 9. 4% cases; 3. 4% cases in obisity group above Ⅱ° were high blood lipoids.
