摘要
目前亚临床维生素A(VA)缺乏对儿童健康的危胁尚未免除。由于它缺乏临床症状,欲诊断需要测定血清V_A。受多种因素的限制,此测定法不能在基层医院和农村推广。故需在一定时间内,一定条件下将血清标本贮存,转运至可检测的实验室。本研究瘵血清标本贮存于数个离心管中避光冷藏(4℃)或冷冻(-18℃),按实验条件测定发现,在1或2个月内不影响分析结果。
At present the threat of subclinical Vitamin A deficiency to children's health has not been avoided. Due to short of clinical symptoms. It diagnosed by mean of detecting the level of serum VA. However the detecting is not easy at the grassroots by some factros limitting. For this reason, the serum samples should be kept and transferred to the special laboratory. The research suggested that serum samples be stored in several tubes and kept cold(4℃)or freezing (-18℃) and from light. According to experiment conditions,the serum samples kept in this way can be in good condition for 1-2 months.
