摘要
针对唐山钢铁股份有限公司中型厂辊耗高的情况,提出了优化轧辊堆焊工艺的解决方案,并进行了理论分析和试验研究。其在工业应用中取得了较好效果。
In view of the high roll consumption in the Medium Section Mill of Tangshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., the optimized technology of building-up welding for roll was put forward. Meanwhile, the theory analysis and testing research were carried out. The good effects were obtained in the industry production.
