A New Type Guide Barrel Used in High-speed Wire Rod Mill

针对由导管组成的高线精轧机后水冷恢复段在处理堆钢事故时操作困难、费时费力的问题,设计了一种由导槽组成的恢复段,使用效果很好。

In view of the operation difficulty and wasting time to deal with the steel stackup fail, a new guide barrd was designed to stead the guide tube which constitute the cooling recovery region behind finishing stand of highspeed wire rod mill. The good effects were obtained.
