基于GPRS的污水厂远程监控系统

摘要 工控系统中现场监控设备一般有多而分散的特点,工控系统设计需遵循集中管理、分散控制的原则,对远端的设备采用无线通信方式实现数据传输。介绍了上海市松江西部污水厂监控系统设计方案,着重论述了基于GPRS技术的远端监控系统实现方案,给出了基于TCP/IP的远程通信机制,GPRS实现远程通信的具体实现方法。目前,该方案已应用于上海市松江西部污水处理厂,成功地实现了远程监控,具有稳定性、可靠性、经济性、实时性等特点。实践证明,该方案对于工业监控系统的设计有一定的参考价值。 There are usually lots of monitoring aids in industrial control system,and there are scatter in different areas, so the principle of designing industrial supervisory system should be centralized management and decentralized control,use wireless communication technology perform information transmission for remote equipments,The thesis introduces the design scheme of Shanghai Songjiang sewage waterworks' supervisory system,and describe remote monitoring system based on GPRS in detail,give the communication mechanism based TCP/IP,realization of GPRS telecommunication.Now,the scheme have applied on Shanghai Songjiang sewage waterworks' supervisory system,and it realizes remote monitoring successfully,and it has the characteristic of stability,reliability,economic and real time.It proves that the scheme can be referenced by similar industrial monitoring system.
