A microstructure of aluminum bronze is analysed and calculated by computer image processing technology. The method is high effective and has no especial requirement to the materials and equipment. The results show that the research of aluminum bronze microstructure is facility and practicability based on computer image processing. Using the technology in material research and application will provide an analytical reference. The technology based on computer image processing is of practicability, advancement and wide application potential.
