摘要
设计一种基于虚拟仪器及机器视觉技术的三坐标工作台系统,实现加注枪相对于偏心桶口的自动定位。以Lab-VIEW为开发平台,由图像采集卡采集图像,经过图像标定、中值滤波、快速图像匹配等图像处理算法,获得加注口的圆心坐标位置信息,并以此控制驱动三坐标工作台步进电动机的运动,完成桶口定位。实验证明,所开发系统运行可靠,算法高效、稳定,有很好的实用价值。
By using the machine vision technology based on LabVIEW, designs a spatial coordinates system to inspect the position of auto -pouring sprue. According to the acquired image form image acquisition card, the system can gain the eccentric sprue centre coordinate position, by properly image processing technology such as image calibration, median filtering and fast pattern matching. The control system sends out impulse dictates to drive the electromotor and take auto-pouring device to the accurate position. The experiments indicate that the system runs credibly, algorithms are efficient and stable, has highly practical value.
