转向器齿条全自动校直机测控系统的改造和应用

摘要 介绍汽车转向器全自动校直机的改造及应用。建立直线度误差的数学模型,研制全自动校直机测控系统,并用于轻型汽车和轿车的转向器齿条的检测和校直。通过与手动校直的试验对比分析证明,全自动校直机测控系统的改进是成功的,扩大了试验台的使用范围。结果表明,利用该系统对齿条直线度进行检测和处理具有速度快、精度高的特点。 Discussed the rebuilding and application of an automobile redirector rack automatic straightening machine. The straightness error mathematics model has been built, then the measuring and controlling system of redirector rack automatic straightening machine has been developed. After the test, the redesign has been proved success. The machine function has been increased. It has been proved that the system has the features of rapidness and high precision after using the machine to measure and straighten light vehicle and car redirector racks.
