摘要
本文应用钼酸铵与甘露醇作用产生旋光性,用旋光法测定甘露醇注射液含量.实验表明,甘露醇浓度在0.20 mg/ml～7mg/ml范围内与旋光度呈良好的线性关系.回归方程a=-0.01138+0.2826C,r=0.99997,平均回收率99.56%,相对标准偏差0.28%.
This paper deals with the use of the reaction of ammonium molybdate with mannitol to produce optical rotation,with which mannitol injection is determined by rotatory method. The optical rotation is proportional to the concentration of mannitol in the range from 0.20mg-7mg/ml(α = -0.01138 + 0.2826c,r = 0.99997),The average recovery is 99.56% with RSD of 0.28%.
