摘要
该文综观国内外油脂科技发展动向和趋势,指出我国《十一五》期间油脂科技研究重点应将主要在:(1)节能技术;(2)环保技术与产品安全;(3)油脂机能性产品开发这三个方面。
Survey the internal and external developmental tendency of the fat and oil technique, during the 11^th Five-year Plan the key points in development should be. （1）Save on energy. （2）Environment protection and the safety of products; （3） Development of functional foods.
