摘要
介绍了一种100 kV/10 MW全固态刚管调制器的工作原理。讨论了调制器的IGBT(绝缘栅双极晶体管)驱动电路的特点,给出了驱动信号的传输和驱动电路的设计方法,介绍了调制器过流快速保护电路和调制器组件在线检测电路,并给出了实验结果。讨论了这种电路在全固态刚管调制器中的应用前景。
This paper introduces the principle of a 100 kV/10 MW all-solid-state hard tube modulator. Characteristics of IGBT driver circuit are discussed and the driver signal transmission and principle of design of driver circuit are presented. The over-current protection circuit and modulator module online test circuit are introduced and the test results are presented. The application of this circuit to all-solid-state hard tube modulator in the future is also discussed.
